Full-Size Jeep Invasion
Ouray, Colorado
15-17 August 2002
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the introduction of the full-size
Jeep (FSJ), about 100 vehicles from around the country met in Ouray, CO.
The first day, we ran Corkscrew Gulch.
The second day, we ran Placer & Picayune
Gulches, passing through Animas Forks and then spending the afternoon
at the all-FSJ picnic near the town of Eureka.
The third day, we were tired of making
the commute to Silverton, so we hung out at Yankee Boy Basin for
a few hours before the BBQ that night.
